The estate at 89 Middle Road in Palm Beach has sold for $39 million, $20 million off its $59 million asking price, The Wall Street Journal reports.

The 4.1-acre lot is mostly west of A1A but includes a 150-foot sliver of oceanfront. The property is likely to be subdivided, the Journal says.

The property is shaped like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle and includes frontage along South County Road, South Ocean Boulevard and El Bravo Way.
