Palm Beach Ale House closed for now; when might it reopen?

The Palm Beach Ale House — the beer-and-wings joint that has operated on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard since 1991 — closed for renovations earlier this summer.

When might the West Palm Beach eatery reopen? That’s unclear.

Former owner Jay Starr said he recently sold the restaurant to Brian Gamble and William Scaggs, neither of whom could be reached for comment.

The restaurant at 2161 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. is not affiliated with the Miller’s Ale House chain, Starr said.
