Jupiter Island’s dominant brokerage is changing hands. Jim Bruner, who has owned Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates since 2000, said agent Adrian Reed will take over the company.

“I am approaching retirement age in the next couple of years, and it was part of my exit strategy all along,” said Bruner, who recently turned 69.

Bruner said he’ll remain as a manger of the nine-agent company. Fenton Lang Bruner’s listings include Greg Norman’s mansion, on the market for $55 million, and Celine Dion’s crib, which is asking $45.5 million.
