South Florida home values still rising, but 21% off peak

South Florida home values rose slightly from February to March and are up 6 percent since March 2016, according to the latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller index.

Seattle boasts the nation’s hottest big-city housing market. Values there spiked 12 percent in the past year.
